Melværk branding
Strategic branding and a complete visual Identity baked from scratch, for the probably most loved pizza eatery in all of Aarhus. Melværk makes amazing napoletalian pizza served in nordic surroundings. Our focus for the brand was to create an authentic gourmet atmosphere, based on minimalistic aesthetics. The perfectly imperfect round shape of the pizzas and their characteristic crusts was turned into a visual element used throughout the graphic language.
Design challenge
How might we design a strong and recognisable brand, that stands out among competitors, creates a sense of community, and challenges the idea of what Pizza really is, in a part of the food scene that is otherwise seen as ‘cheap’ ‘fast food’?
